Sinky Sub — Privacy Policy

The short version

Sinky Sub does not collect any data about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party services collecting information through the app.

What is stored, and where

The game saves your progress on your own device only:

• your best score and last score
• how many medals you have earned
• which submarine hulls you have unlocked, and which one is equipped
• your music, sound, haptics and random-hull settings

All of it lives in your device's own storage. None of it is transmitted anywhere, none of it is visible to the developer, and deleting the app deletes it. There is no way to recover it afterwards, and no copy exists elsewhere.

Network use

The app makes no network requests of its own. The only network activity is Apple's own, if you buy the Remove Ads option: the purchase is handled entirely by Apple's App Store and StoreKit. The developer never sees your payment details, your Apple Account, or any other identifying information — only whether this device is entitled to the purchase.

Children

Sinky Sub is suitable for all ages. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Sinky Sub introduces advertising, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the App Store privacy details will be updated to match. Advertising would involve a third party collecting device and usage data, which is not the case today.
